Our 15 year old daughter has a history of 2 years constant bullying at her high school. The school does nothing, we get now menacing letters and need some legal help and advice. What do you do when there is no solicitor taking on legal aid clients ? I tried over 30 different ones in a radius of 50 miles. My husband is a brain injury patient, we are allowed to claim income support and getting a little DLA payment. We can't pay for a solicitor. It feels like we are second class citizens, just because you do not work you don't deserve legal help. My husband is out of work not by choice, but by circumstances. Does anybody know how this new legal aid system works ? And, what to do when no one takes your case on ? Any advice or ideas ? All is welcome and much needed. Thank you
