SSSC Registration

I qualified as an Early Years Officer in June and have been applying for jobs. I got an application form today for a private nursery and they have asked for my SSSC registration number. I thought that you could only register after you have been appointed the post. I looked on the website and downloaded the form but it's just confusing me.
The first two questions on the SSSC form are:
What is/are the name/s of the service/s you work in?
What is/are the service's Care Commission registration number/s?
I would fill in the rest but you can't move forward until you have answered each question.
Please help me.. I need to get this application form in as soon as possible.

From the SSSC website...
"Unless you are a social worker, to register with the SSSC you must work in a service that is registered by Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCSWIS)"
"Workers who start in a position that requires registration will have six months from their start date in which to register with the SSSC."

A distinction is made between 'Social Workers' and 'social service workers'.
A qualified Social Worker MAY apply to the SSSC Register whether or not they are currently in employment.
A student on, or about to begin, an undergraduate or postgraduate Social Work degree course MUST register and remain registered with the SSSC for the duration of the course.
The social service worker part of the Register is ‘function-based’. This means that applicants for registration on this part of the Register MUST BE WORKING in a relevant position to be eligible for registration.
