my wife gave up work due to ill health a last year, she tried to claim ESA, despite severe arthritis and virtually unable to use her hands it was thrown out..It has been over six months now ( the time allowed before resubmitting ) as she has not been claiming job seekers or anything during this 6 months is she elegible to put in a claim for ESA again ?
