HI all, I have an interview tomorrow and I'm pretty rubbish at them. On paper I can be amazing but just cant put it into practice. I work for a large organisation so its still with same employer but a different dpartment although within same area I deal with. Can anyone offer any advice? What type of questions should I ask them? TIA

It's important to remember that the word is INTERview. Think of it as much as you seeing that the position is right for you as much as you being right for the position. As for questions, it's difficult for anyone to be constructive when we don't know the nature of the job but try to find out as much as you can about what the department does and some questions should come from what you don't know. Good luck!
So how did it go then Collette?
