............... can anyone enlighten me about Management salaries at Ocado ... nothing on their website ................. know anyone that works there?

Hi- can you clarify what you mean by 'management' please as it could cover a very wide range of roles and responsibilities.
Do you mean Store Manager?

Ocado don't have stores Factor - so these would be Ops Management roles in distribution centres

This just says 'negotiable'.
I'm always put off by jobs that don't give any indication of salary range because I don't know whether I'm wasting my time applying, but I suppose it's an opportunity to impress them and negotiate a good deal
