They paid me from nov 15 to dec 3 (the pay cuts off at week 4 and is paid on week 6) but now they are telling me I have wait to until next month to get paid from 05-14th dec when everyone else gets pai.......

or do I as they fired me? Dont they have to pay me everything i have earned?

Sounds right to me, you will be paid at the same time as everybody else does for that time period.
seems right to me. they are going to pay you what they owe you, on the normal pay run
