Narrow angled Glaucoma - does it have to be declared for care insurance?

Have been diagnosed with this, but condition is stable under medication with no indication by consultant that my vision is unsafe for driving. Does this have to be declared to my car insurer or are they only interested where a heath condition could constitute a driving risk?

most insurance companies ask if you have any conditions that are notifiable to the DVLA - is this one?
