i am 18 yrs old boy and a student in stanmore college. i came here through myy fther as an assylum seeker with my family. when i was 17 i was not allowed to do mini cab but i did a favor for my friend he asked me to pick up a customer from heathrow airport and i didnt have even mini cab insurance as well. when i went there i was caught by the police i told them the whole story but they told me to come to court on the due date. when i went to the youth court they charged me a penalty of 180 pound and forbid me from driving for six months. it has been 1 and a half year since i have been living in uk i have came from pakistan. i am here as an Assylum Seeker and got two years visa which will be finished in november 2009. So my question is....
Will there be any problem for my visa after when my two years visa will be finished because of this problem? Because somebody told me that its a criminal record and i wont get further visa for this crime.
so if u can tell me about what will be happen next to me and my family.

One wonders if this is a wind up.
It's UKBA (UK Border Agency) that decides what happens - not a random poll amongst AnswerBank subscribers.
if you've upset buildersmate, you have no chance with the UKBA!
Why would it be a wind up? He's obviously seeking some indication of the likely outcome from someone who has some knowledge of this area - I thought that was the whole point of answerbank??
