Rebuild Calculator / Cost Query

I know there is a rebuild calculator on the ABI website, but it ask for the total floor space in metres, I have checked my original valuation report and this was not provided

Apart from measuring the whole property is there another calculator online whilch states what the rebuild cost is without this information?

Or should I just guess at 2/3 the property value as it wont ost more to rebuild it than it is worth
