A village near here has suffered badly with flooding.

One road out of here is impassable unless in a boat because the brook is in spate. Much more of this and it will cut off the other end.

There are people who have really suffered with filthy water running thru their homes. I feel for them so much. And then I feel really guilty for hoping my coal delivery can get through before the really bad stuff hits us at the weekend. My worries are nothing to what they have had.

Thankfully we are at a fairly high point. Although our current worry is trees falling down!!
