What is the legal stand point if someone carries on driving a car that they are a named driver on after the owner and insurance policy holder dies? Is the insurance policy void at this time or can the vehicle still be driven by the named party? Thanks

The insurance policy is void after the death of the policy holder. The named driver has no insurance and needs his/her own.
