My central heating boiler a Worcester 24i has packed up. I know whats happened but don't know what the fault is to put it right. I took a radiator off to decorate and one of the valves has leaked and the presuure went to zero so the boiler cut out. When I discovered it this morning I repressurised the system but now I cant reset the boilee. The fault light flashes once every half second. I have reset numerous times to no avail. The boiler doesn't even try to light. Can anyone give me some advice please.

I'm no expert but has it got a pilot light that needs to be lit first?
The manual says the flashing light indicates a sensor fault.

If you haven't got the manual you can find it by Goggling "worcester 24i combi boiler manual" Look for the website that leads you to a PDF file
Further to the above. I assume you filled the system back up the required pressure. As the blinking light is a sensor failure signal it's possible it's sensing low pressure. The manual doesn't give a minimum pressure, just a maximum of 2.5bar. I would suggest a minimum of 1 to 1.5bar.
