Best thing to do is get an expert to see to it. It sounds as if the bearings might be gunged up with grease or whatever, and if you have to keep tinkering with it, it isn't going to get any better. Look in Yellow Pages under Cookers, Stoves and Ovens for firms who will repair your oven.
