Hi,

RE:How to manually connect to Virgin Broadband using BT 's USB modem Voyager?

I have BT 's USB modem Voyager from my previous 12 m cotract with BT Broadband.

So, obviously the instalation CD installs the Voyager USB drivers( which is good..), BUT installs settings to access only BT Broadband only( Bad..), since I want to access Virgin Broadband now.

Virgin send you Inst.CD only with their USB modem only if you do not have modem at all and request one.

So, I have to install it manually. Can not find anywhere the VPI =?
VCI =? for Virgin Broadband ??!!( 0,38 for BT Broadband).

Pls, help me on how to configure my PC( XP Pro) manually in other to connect to Virgin Broadband?

Also, where to log-in after configuration , etc..?

I have already downloaded and installed the Voyager USB drivers from the Voyager's BT site.

( Virgin Support does not reply at this moment..)

Thank You Very Much,

Set up a dial-up connection where the phone number is 0,38 and set the logon details to those supplied by virgin....that should work

Thank you very much, Closer.

But wasn't it 0,38 only valid for BT Broadband only?

What are the values for Virgin Broadband?

And how to make this new connection on Win XP?

Thank you,
