  Can anyone tell me how or if I can use Windows media player radio station( think that's correct) to listen to our local radio please? I want to listen to channel 100.7 FM . thanks in advance Genny

Not sure exactly, but you may be able to find the radio station's website by typing 100.7 and the call letters in google. The radio station website may have a link to a live audio feed which lets you listen to the station on your computer. I have done this to listen to baseball games when I was outside the radio station's coverage area.

 I contacted my local radio station & they instructed me about it. unfortunately I couldn't get the station into my media player so have it on my desktop instead. It works ok for me !!! thanks again, Genny

What station is it?  I have managed to get most things playing through Media Player.  Let me know so I can give you some instructions
