Most companies paying their staff monthly, are on average owing their staff 2 weeks pay � my last employer paid staff two weeks in arrears, two weeks in advance � thereby on average not owing staff any wages.

Should an employer changing from weekly to monthly pay, take this option � staff would only need survive an extra week without pay � after which they would receive a months pay.
