Default media player

I am running win. XP and my default media player for music and video's has always been Windows Media Player, a few days ago I downloaded a program for my phone and ever since the media player has changed to Nokia, how do I reset Windows media player to default ?
(no rocet science please, I am new to computers.)

load media player, click on the tools menu (depending on the view you have it set to you might have to right click on the title bar to get the menus up)

select options, then click on the file types tab, click the select all button at the bottom and click OK

Thanks ChuckFickens, followed what you said and it's all back to normal now, I do hate it when things change without asking you, But thanks to you it's all back as it was..
