Front Block Concert Tickets

Does anyone know of a way of securing front block concert tickets?  People advertising on ebay seem to have front block seats available for several venues for the same artist.  Even applying at the very minute they go on sale, by the time I manage to get through either on the internet or by phone, all the best seats have been sold so how do they do it??

You need to register with some of the agencies, such as CCLive who often sell tickets prior to the official launch date. However because a lot of people do this now, even that is becoming a lottery. The people on Ebay tend to be people with a number of PCs and modems who log on just before the tickets go on-sale and then just keep trying, increasing their odds. I only have 1 PC but have found that if you are 'ready' just before the sale starts you can normally get decent tickets.
