LPG gas space heaters

MY space heater wont work ,when I hold in the button for 10 secs.& push the ignite button ,the gas is not flowing to the burner ,wondering if the sensor has stopped working Anybody out there had the same problem thanks in advance

When you push the "button" in to ignite it you're activating the thermocouple. I could take up another 6 paragraphs explaining how it works, but suffice it to say, you'll need a new one. Fortunately, they're not expensive...
could be the thermocouple but they do not fail as often as people on this site seem to think they do. it could also be a partially blocked or yellow pilot flame or a faulty gas valve.
