HI i have central oil heating when my heating has been on for a while the heaters up staires start to bubble an they would burn u to touch they sound like there guna explode wat could be wrong

Turn the temperature dial down on the boiler unit - should cut the boiler off when the water circulating in it reaches about 75 degrees C.
definately sounds like a thermostat problem. the boiler should however have safety overheat stats fitted to prevent the system getting too hot.

i strongly urge you to call out a heating engineer to investigate.
