I want to send a parcel to my penfriend in Madagascar. However the last parcel I sent two months ago still hasn't arrived and I fear it Has been stolen Is there anyway I can register it, if I send another one or some way of tracking it so it is less likely to be stolen
Any advice appreiated

when ever I send anything to my penfriend in NZ I always do recorded delivery.
I think that you can have it tracked in this country, but tracking is not usually done abroad. You can however make sure that the parcel has to be signed for. You can also pick up a claim form for missing post (even if it has gone missing overseas) from your Post Office.
