i just got a new beko wm6123 washing machine--all connected up properly--power on--water supply connected--and turned on--when i choose a program and press start the "wash" light comes on--it seems to try and start but no water enters the machine--after a few minutes the start/pause light and the wash light blink on and off continuously--if i swich to rinse, again no water intake--if i go to spin it spins ok--in the manual it says the flashing 2 lights indicate the water has been cut off but i know for sure the water is on and all taps fully opened--ie mains intake and tap to the machine--if the flashing lights mean it is not detecting water supply could this just be low water pressure?--anyone else with one of these machines who can help--typically the customer help line is closed on a saturday--i should say it has a single (cold) water intake and i have definitely connected correctly--thanks im advance

I would ask for a refund as i got a Beko fridge a couple of years ago and oooooooo, it lasted about a month.... Have you turned the tap that you connected to the cold water intake to open????

thanks olf but i have solved the problem--the water supply for the previous very old machine was not directly from the main so pressure was too low--plumbed it in directly to the water mains and all works fine--cheers--A
