My focus c-max 1.6 diesel (auto, but I don' t think that ia affecting my problem) exhibits momentary hesitation (revs die off a bit) just after I've driven around a corner(most noticeably a roundabout). For about the next 15 seconds, generally under fairly light throttle, I get a dip in power every 1-2 seconds. This gradually wears off, and then the car runs perfectly. The car seems a little slow from take-off, but I suspect that's due to me being used to a non-turbo petrol car.
Could this be related to fuel still slooshing about in the tank from the corner? or something else that's stopping fuel getting into the cylinders? Any ideas???
