Hi
My daughter bought a ds lite from hmv in april, and for the last 2 weeks it's kept crashing. We have the receipt and I'm going to take it back to HMV tomorrow- am I right in thinking that that they'll have to replace/repair it as it's less than 12 months old. TIA mumof3

Should be ok. These things normally come with 12 months guarantee.

That's what I thought so fingers crossed. Thnx
The 12 months guarantee is with Nintendo, not HMV.

But on the back of the receipt will likely be a notice saying how many days you have to return products to HMV. Usually about a month.

So you should be well within this time period, so it's easier to just taking it direct to HMV and getting a replacement, than dealing with Nintendo.
