I have some old photo's of me and my mum from the 60's, they are as you can imagine a bit scraggy now, is there any way I can get re-prints of them without negatives.

You certainly can. Most high street camera shops and photographers will offer this service. Prices will vary depending on the condition of the originals and how much Photoshop work will need to be done to make good prints. Check in your local Yellow Pages or Thompson Local
Online is another option.
