I ordered an XXXL dog collar from Canine Auto Restraints in USA in early April. I have tried contacting the company by e-mail 4 times and have only ever got the automated response saying they will contact me within 5 days. They never do. In early May I cancelled the order. I now find my Amex account was charged on 19 April but I still have no dog collar. The company will not respond to my e-mails what can I do?

apricot, you'll need to double check as I've done this quickly, but it seems Canine Auto Restraints comes under the 'Safe Shopping' heading. This is the link for the company e-mail address.

I ordered some hard-to-get perfume from the States at the end of January this year. 3 months and many e-mails later I finally had a refund. The company had shipped the stuff, taken the money out of my account even though I kept telling them I hadn't received it - it pays to keep at 'em!!
