Kenwood CK480 double oven

I have contacted kenwood no luck unfortunatly, hope you can help me, i have a fan assisted oven it will go to 230 degrees but just recently it only goes up to 175 max and less if the fan is on has anyone had this problem how do i fix it?

I guess you are saying the little light telling you the thing is heating is on, yet the temperature is registered by the thermostat doesn't get above 175?
Sounds like one of the elements has gone, and the remaining element(s) can't pump out enough heat to maintain the right temperature.
Or else the door seal is letting too much heat out (unlikely - you'd notice it).
Remove the panels over the elements, switch on and watch to see which one doesn't glow red?
