I have a small battery-operated car (about the size of 2 packs of cigarettes side-by-side). It runs on a non-electronic track. The car doesn't work. What company or type of business might be able to fix it? It runs on 2 AA batteries. Someone said go to Radio Shack. I don't think they do repairs.

Is there a makers name anywhere on the car? Try seeing if they are on the net?
How old is the car, what type of batteries does it use, and where are you located. It would be nice to see the car or a picture to get a better understanding of what is needed for the repair.
is it radiao controlled, or is it just a slot car?

can you host a picture of it somewhere.. and someone might be able to describe a way of fixing it

The car is not radio controlled but runs freely on a figure-8 track. It uses two AA batteries. The track itself is called "Super Buggy" and the bottom of the small car says "TOYBOX" Japan. If I can figure out how to post a picture, I will soon. It is probably from the 1980's.
