Duplicate is burned and replicate is stamped (pressed).

Burning is quicker/cheaper for smaller quanties <~1000. Once a quality stamp has been produced a CD can be reproduced faster.

Stamping can provide better playback performance on a wider range of players and costs less for larger quantities.

Duplication can be done by some individual as it is for personal use or for small level by burning. . But replication is getting copies in thousand numbers for professional use by stamping. Product Specs
