If you were born and bred in the UK, so a British Citizen but your parents were foreign (for example italian or french) and have lived he for some years and whjen you were a child they got you your passport but a french or italian one: -

A) what nationality would that person be

B) if the BNP were to come into power, would that person be considered as british or foreign and would that person be kicked out?

My mate seems a little worried! :-)

a) i have a similar situation to this scenario and therfore I have Dual Nationality. Two passports one British the other Foregin.

b) do you ever think this is going to happen? There may be some weirdo's on here, but thankfully we live in a democracy. The BNP would never gain enough support to give us a BNP government! Think how many BNP candidates there would need to be, and they would need to win in many constituencies to be declared the winning party!
I think there's always a possibility, no matter how remote, that the BNP could gain power, lets hope not, because according to their Manifesto, among other things, they are a party of Apartheit. The only way to stop it, is for everyone to use their vote.
