Mate of mine is doing parcel deliveries but said its getting annoying because it's really hard to see the house numbers from her car in the dark.

Shes having to jump out, then in then drive a nit more or start walking house to house & across the road etc.

So she's looking for a powerful torch that can focus on 1 small object at bit of distance.

any ideas?

Any good models or brands?

Nothing too big or heavy, but she did like the idea of it also being used for self defence!

Many Thanks 😊  x

I bought this on a couple of years ago and find it pretty good.

Maxesla Type C LED Torch Rechargeable 8000LM Gifts for Men Dad Kids, 3000mAh Battery Torches Super Bright, IPX5 Waterproof 5 Modes Adjustable Focus, Camping with USB Port, Black : Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools

Amazon UK.  Search "Shadowhawk torches". Good selection. I've had one for two years and it's brilliant...literally. (Forget batteries and bulbs - it's all about LEDs and rechargeable now).

Unless it's a wind up, one assumes it must have a battery.

OG, of course it has a battery, but you plug the torch in to recharge it

Screwfix seem to have discontinued the excellent torch that I bought from them but, if I was in your friend's situation, I'd be considering this one:

Here's one with good reviews in the top 100 bestsellers. Zoom feature to see house numbers in the dark. Amazon.com User Recommendation
