Very pale blue, green or taupe. Something restful.
Not red, yellow, purple, orange etc.
pale green - very restful
I love a nice pale primrose, because it’s bright when I wake up!
The husband haymtes it though, he would prefer blue but I find it cold
Dulux Apple White is what we have in our bedroom.
Grey or pale purple - both look nice on my walls.

White. Add interest and colour with other stuff.
With your user name you might want to try
... Pillar box red.
I paint a lot of customers houses in Farrow and Ball colours. If there's a Johnstones decorators merchants nearby, you can get it in F and B colours at a third of the price.
Mine is a very deep teal blue/green. Not to most peoples taste but I find it both cosy and relaxing. Previously it was sage green. Duck egg is also a good colour.
I'm classically boring and go for magnolia - although it's often called things like antique lace, vanillas in the mist, country cream etc etc
Basically a warm cream colour :-)
I prefer to have the colour pops via duvets and curtains etc
mine's a member of the magnolia family too, but it's not as if anyone ever sees it aside from the five minutes or so between waking up and getting up..
Please don’t get grey, it’s everywhere. Dusky pink, pale blue. Deluxe do a ‘ butter’ colour, very restful .
White everywhere all the time!
