Printing Myhermes Returns Label

I'm trying to print a returns label to M&S via Myhermes for home collection.

It let's me get to PRINT MY LABEL but nothing happens when I click on it. Tried half a dozen times but still the same.

I've done it many times but not had this problem. Anyone k ow how to overcome it please.

If you've reached a button saying 'Print my label' but you can't actually view the label, it suggests that there's a problem with your web browser. Clear your browser's cache or try another browser.

I had to do this last week and had to show a QR code on my phone & they just scanned that & collected it for M&S, won't be using it again though, upto 14 days for a refund - no thank you.

I found the link that worked as an email..odd

daz1969 its M&S slow to refund nothing to do with Hermes.

I return items to Amazon via Hermes and find the money returned within a couple of hours
