I have recently got the above and haven't experimented much with it - but I wonder about two things
1. when I tune into it - it can take several seconds - saying "cable not connected" but when I press HOME button it comes up. Is that normal.
2. When in Catchup you can see the icons you are "offered" can you choose your own Catchup - if so how do you that - thanks for any answers.

If it's a service that's being 'offered', rather than a particular programme, it could be that there's an app available for your box that's not pre-installed by default. For example, some devices might have BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, etc pre-installed but not have UKTV play on them. (If that's the case, UKTV Play could be 'offered' for download, so that it can then be used to access relevant programme content). That's just a guess though!
