Strange Problem With Phone/Internet

Our provider for phone and internet is Sky. Just recently I've noticed that if we are using the internet and there is an incoming phone call, the internet drops out and can't be used until the phone call is finished. Does any one have any ideas please, should I be calling Sky. Sorry but if possible please don't get too technical as it will go over my head. Thanks

PS: Can you lay on your hands on a spare microfilter? (I seem to have acquired several over the years, so there must be plenty lying around in people's drawers). It could well be that your existing one has packed up and simply trying another might fix the problem. Even if you have to purchase one, it's not going to cost you a fortune:

Thanks Buenchio have purchased a Microfilter and as you say don't cost a fortune and see if that's the answer.
