Hi. Folks,

I have just received an item today that I bought on eBay. It was a small Bluetooth receiver (which would be classed as a 75g ish large letter) that I paid £4.25 for with free p&p.

It was delivered by Parcelforce and the tracking number, the confirmation dispatch email and item delivered email are all valid.

My question is how did they manage to send it via Parcelforce when the cheapest Parcelforce price I can find online is £10.32 also bearing in mind they would have had to pay eBay fees, PayPal fees and then there's the cost of the item as well.

Thanking you in anticipation,
Mr DeForce

I'm no expert Mr. DF but if you want to send anything via Parcelforce, I think the cost goes off the weight of the item, with a minimum charge.
I just had a potato peeler cost £5.99 Inc delivery. delivered from amazon by DPD next day delivery. Crazy.
Parcelforce are, like the post office, hideously expensive for one of items.
Maybe your supplier moves a lot of stuff and gets a good rate.

I would be grateful for anyone else who might have any further info.
Parcelforce offer significant reductions for a Business Account which is what this seller has I imagine.
