Pull-Out Premier Kitchen Towel Rail

The towel rail compartment in our Premier Kitchen has become very dirty inside and neither of us can see a way of removing the rails temporarily to clean.
Feather dusters and the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner cannot reach that far inside. Has anyone got a Premier Kitchen (the company is now defunct) and knows how to get around the problem please?
