Those lids look quite different to the ones I have.

The ones I have are rehomed from someone who had them quite a while, so I think they'd like an old version.
I have one glass roast tray style with plastic lid and one round one.

they look a bit like these

There are a number of different Pyrex ranges.
Maybe the descriptions on this link will help...

I notice your link doesn't mention microwave, but says suitable for reheating if lid is not fixed down.

Thank you Pasta.

It looks like the lids I have are part of the pyrex Cook & Freeze range.

Any info on these freeze lids if they're microwave safe?
The Cook and Freeze in my link looks similar...lid to be removed for reheating.
Ha...cross posted ;)
As per Pasta. Just make sure the lid is not not fixed down.
I don’t use the lids in microwave or oven. I use Cling film in microwave, tin foil in oven
the glass is microwaveable
I wouldn't use the plastic storage lids in the microwave, from experience they can warp.

Cheers Pasta and everyone else.

I'll use cling film in microwave and tinfoil in oven if need be, will leave the lids for the freezer.
Why not just stick a plate over it - saves on the recycling.
Question Author
Cus then i've got t wash up the plate ;)
Cling film should be banned :-(
Greaseproof paper will do the job if you can't be *** to rinse a plate under the tap .
That wasn't even a swear word! lol!
Question Author
"Cling film should be banned :-("

No it shouldn't. It's fantastic in the kitchen. It should be modified to be biodegradable.
Question Author
I'd use tinfoil for covering things personally as it's a bit more riged and can be shaped to sit nicely on top of things
I use unbleached greaseproof paper for wrapping things and its great as it lets food 'breathe'. Cling film was only invented in the 1970's I think, its awful stuff and I seriously think in the near future it will be banned.
Not that it matters much but clingfilm was invented in the 1940s.

And that's a wrap.
