Sainsbury’s stainless steel microwave instructions, my parents have turned on a steam only option which I can’t get to turn off, I can’t find a manual for the oven at all on google, just images, any assistance gratefully received, thanks

A model number might help. Other than that, it's back to Sainsbury's.

Have you tried unplugging it and leaving it for 20 minutes or so then plugging in again?
