Don't know, but not likely, as HDMI connections have effectively made them redundant. However, you can buy scart/HDMI conversion leads.

No problem!
my new telly has one scart and several HDMI points.. as well as card and usb points
One point - you need more than a 'lead' to transfer SCART to HDMI - you need a converter box like this :

Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

People will try to sell you bits of cable with a SCART socket on one end and an HDMI plug on the other - they probably won't work at all - and certainly won't work reliably (or give you a watchable picture).

I asked the question because I receive Sky pictures in my bedroom using a video sender, a 'Philips SLV3229 Wireless TV link receiver' with a scart socket. My current set has a scart socket, but I doubt a new TV set, which I'm planning, would be equipped with one.

Post dog, or anyone who can help, in my circumstances do you think a scart/HDMI conversion lead would be suitable substitute?

Thank you sunny-dave, that's noted.

Murraymints, could I ask what set you purchased?
The little converter box I linked to should do the job for you - but I've just bought this Sony TV for my bedroom - a fantastic set with cracking picture quality - and it's got a SCART socket too :

I have to go out now for the rest of the day, so excuse me if I don't reply immediately.
If no scart, there might still be phono sockets

Thank you all for your input. I'm a bit wiser now than I was when I asked the question. Thanks again.
I recently bought one of the following TV's:

Toshiba 43U6763DB LED 4K Ultra HD Smart TV

from John Lewis, which includes a free 5 year warranty and free delivery if bought online. It has a SCART socket, which I required for my SKY connection, as it would seem all Toshiba TV's do looking at their specifications on the John Lewis web site:
