The correct way especially for high heels is to measure the centre of the heel not the very back. Image as example. http://tinyurl.com/j67y8vv

Use a ruler.
From the back of the heel perpendicularly down to the floor - with a ruler!
?

If you know how many inches they are simply multiply by 2.45.
"If you know how many inches they are simply multiply by 2.45."

Or, rather, simply divide (the number of centimetres in the heel length) by 2.54, but never mind.
Typical male answers :-) I doubt that is anne's issue
If you have a tape measure it should be graduated in cm's on one side.

If you know where you got them go to the website, find the item - it usually tells you heel height.
