Isn't Challenge an Argos-only brand ...a virtual own-brand?
Argos Customer Services would be a good place to start.

If you look in the instruction/operating leaflet which should of come in the box it will tell you who to contact for spares and repairs. If you bought it from Argus or similar they should be able to tell you also.

It WOULD have been bought at Argos (originally) because it's an Argos-only brand.

It could of been bought in Sainsburys Homebase originally as well I imagine.

....if you're meaning one of those Argos "convenience " outlets inside Homebase...you're still buying from/ paying Argos.

It's the same company. Home Retail Group.

Homebase is a British home improvement retailer and garden centre, with 323 stores across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. The company is part of Home Retail Group, together with Argos.

Quite so...HRG is the parent company of both Homebase and Argos.
However, "Challenge" and "Challenge Extreme" are registered trademarks of Argos Limited and won't be sold anywhere else...
