facebook posting on community pages

I have a voluntary charity for which I have created a page for on facebook I have tried to advertise my charity page on local community pages for the city I live in amongst adverts for other services, store openings, offers and trades in the city. When I am logged on to facebook using the charity name my posts on the community pages can be seen. When I log in as myself they disappear. Even if I 'like' the page it still won't let me see my posts just the other people? As if just mine are invisible. Has the page owner deleted the posts? and when logged on as the charity it still lets just me see it? I can't see why they would have deleted my charity post over other almost spamming rubbish, Any help?

HELP PLEASE, THE REMOTE FOR THE TV HAS STOPPED WORKING.
