Does any one know how to log into some one else's sky internet using wifi? Im using they're computer at the moment which is hocked up to a box thing, but i really want to be able to conect mine to it though wifi. They did tell me this is possible but they don't know how to, any ideas?

You would need to know their password, assuming that their network is secured.
And is do they actually have a wireless router? You say that their computer is hooked up to a box thing so it doesn't sound wireless?

ow i don't know, she did say there is, but she hasn't left a password or anything :-( looks like hayley's gonna be stuck in the smelly gerbal room lol!!!
Look underneath the box thingy .. for a pass word .. or security key (that is a string of numbers/hyphens/letters) and nick it.
Get your lappy thingy fired up and find the connection and try logging into it.
You may have to log into the Sky router page on the browser (try admin as password) and look at network broadcast name and pass key to chech not changed. If you have to login to router with pass other than 'admin' .. try the PC/Lappy thingy bootup password or any others used there.

hehehe i'm not hacking al!! Thankyou though, i'll try doing this tomorrow night as it sounds a bit complicated to do it now. Sweet dreams
