I know what I do as part of the charity, but I can't seem to put it to paper, it is to apply for local funding. Should it be really formal or could it just be relaxed.

Could it just be bullet points?

Is there any good examples I could earn from?

Thanks in advance

Best place to start is the Charity Commission website. They used to have model constitutions on there which could be amended for specific use.
