Remove Paintshop pro 3 trial (which has expired)

The trial is finished and I do not want to buy paintshop pro 3.
I cant remove it in Add or remove programs.
All my photos are appearing in the paintshop pro 3 window
which I do not want.
Any help appreciated

If you cannot remove Paintshop, you can still change the default program for opening photo files eg to Windows Photo Manager by changing the "Association" for files with extension ".jpeg".
