Does anyone know how to tell Home Delivery Network that we can't accept afternoon delivery? Everything is automated (online and 0871 number) and they don't offer that as an option. I'm certainly not taking a 20 mile return trip to their depot, when I've already paid for delivery. It's maddening! Any of my neighbours would have signed for the parcel.

Thanks - but it was an item ordered on eBay and they didn't specify the carrier. I'll just hope they have the sense to knock on a neighbours' door next time :o)
Hope you get your item they lost 3 out of 8 of my parcels that I sent with them!!!
