How do I get a strong smell of ... Body Odour .... out of a jumper under the arms ??

Biological washing powder - tepid handwash if it's wool, perhaps.

If it lingers after washing, try spraying it with Febreze.

I've found that the best way to remove this smell is to soak it overnight in a basin of water with half a bottle of white vinegar in it, then wash it as normal. Sounds mad but it works a treat!
