garden is 30 metres long and 6 metres wide, having probs watering the turf, got a spininned sprinkler, but i dont think its geting to the grass as the gates looked more wet than the grass. is there any other good sprinklers for longer gardens, and i had to walk on it in my slippers to water the bottom.

u asked for it!!!im stressed as it is,and you dont help people when they are stressed, u make it worse.....u should be banned from being on here, u just depress people more.
You need to walk on boards until the ground has settled (usually a couple of weeks)to spread your weight. Your gardener should have used boards when laying they turf, get him to drop a couple round - if they didnt you've had some monkeys round. We would normally leave some for the customer and pick them up when the lawn is up and running.

You only need 2, stand on one, flip the other round and so on.
Because they can't water their lawn? Seriously? I should be banned? I would have thought that anyone who had a lawn done would have asked the best way to look after it....common sense really.
That's quite a good avatar for someone who is stressed......lol
She's nearly always stressed and we can only add humour when she feels like it...!!
