peony rose tree

after flowering do i deadhead or prune my peony rose tree ? please advise . thanks

You can dead head and then wait until it starts to look straggly then cut it back to the soil. I presume this is just an ordinary peony rose bush as I've never seen one like a tree. Peony roses like water when they're about to flower and when they're flowering to have a longer flower life span.
